Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can each student bring to the ceremony?

There is a limit of 2 guests.

Current students are not allowed to attend this event if they have not been invited by school.

How many tickets should I order?

1 Ticket for yourself as a student.

Plus maximum 2 tickets for your guests.

I am not able to attend the ceremony in September 2025. What can I do ?

Due to the high volume of participation to the graduation ceremonies, we are not able to offer the possibility to postpone your attendance to a next graduation.

I have signed-up but now want to update my submitted details.
What should I do?

Please send an email to: graduation@cesarritzcolleges.edu as soon as possible.

I cannot attend the ceremony, how will I get my Diploma?

No worries, no official graduation documents will be issued at Graduation.
The academic office will contact you for the shipment of your final diploma once available.

I have a special request. What should I do?

Is there a possibility to get accommodation on campus?

Where will we find photos of the event?

Only students graduating on the 18th of September 2025 may request a single room at T&X, the school accommodation:

The fee for one night (Wednesday, 17th > Thursday 18th or Thursday 18th > Friday 19th) is 60.- CHF
The fee for two nights (Wednesday, 17th > Friday 19th) is 100.- CHF
